lets think about seeds.

this topic makes me think very hard.. and wonder a lot too!

SEEDS- every where you look there is articles or health news reporting how great seeds are for you. and how they are a necessary part of every ones diet. which is fine, and great because i love seeds ( NOT POPPY SEEDS SINCE THEY KILL ME) but i'm fine with every other kind of seed... but what i would like to know is..

when you eat a slice of SUPER HEALTHY FLAX AND MULTI SEED BREAD.. that's filled with soo many whole seeds every bite... how exactly are they doing anything positive for your body when they are not digested but simply .. escape, if you will.. your body in the exact same form..

i just don't get what could possibly be so nutritious about something that literally just moves through your body in one state... anyways like i said i don't mind eating seeds at all, so i will if they do actually make me healthy i just wanna know WHY/HOW!
