PILLOW FIGHT

A friendly public pillow fight was planned for Tomkins Park (17 Avenue and 8 Street SW) in Calgary on Saturday, April 4, 2009 (International Pillow Fight Day). Vallantin is the would-be organizer of Calgary's first public pillow fight, following a tradition started in cities such as Montreal, New York, Paris, Sydney, London and Budapest.

This year, more than 100 cities around the world will celebrate World Pillow Fight Day, which sees dozens or even hundreds of people pummelling each other in good-natured combat until the feathers fly.
