lets think about seeds.

this topic makes me think very hard.. and wonder a lot too!

SEEDS- every where you look there is articles or health news reporting how great seeds are for you. and how they are a necessary part of every ones diet. which is fine, and great because i love seeds ( NOT POPPY SEEDS SINCE THEY KILL ME) but i'm fine with every other kind of seed... but what i would like to know is..

when you eat a slice of SUPER HEALTHY FLAX AND MULTI SEED BREAD.. that's filled with soo many whole seeds every bite... how exactly are they doing anything positive for your body when they are not digested but simply .. escape, if you will.. your body in the exact same form..

i just don't get what could possibly be so nutritious about something that literally just moves through your body in one state... anyways like i said i don't mind eating seeds at all, so i will if they do actually make me healthy i just wanna know WHY/HOW!

Young American mom named Alicia Lynn Carrier, discovered the package of frozen broccoli, brand Cascadian Farm, had replaced a few heads of green with smiling faces of children.

She wrote a blog and article about this, and Cascadian Farm was asked if they wished to comment on this. The customer service has responded that it was a tradition for 12 years of "hiding" the family members and friends of the farm on the packaging, just the way the game "Where's Waldo" .

Another example of the same strange mark is on their jar of grape jam:

"I was shooting stills of models with long tongues swirling and sucking bakery products from under a pane of glass. I wanted to make enamel paintings along the idea of 'painting with my tongue'. My makeup artist shot some short videos during the shoot just to see how it would look. The low definition videos looked so good that we made plans to do a professional high definition video. Surrey Mounties are searching for a robbery suspect who likely suffered burns to his face and neck after a McDonald’s employee threw a litre of hot oil at him through the drive-through window.

The suspect, who approached the window at the restaurant at 96 Avenue and 160 Street on foot just before midnight Thursday morning, was armed with a knife and had his shirt pulled up to cover his face, Surrey RCMP said.

He demanded cash from a female employee and stuck his hand through the window and into the cash drawer while she screamed at him.

A male employee threw the hot oil on to the suspect’s face and he fled by foot with an undisclosed amount of money, leaving some on the ground underneath the window.
