subliminal packaging...

Young American mom named Alicia Lynn Carrier, discovered the package of frozen broccoli, brand Cascadian Farm, had replaced a few heads of green with smiling faces of children.

She wrote a blog and article about this, and Cascadian Farm was asked if they wished to comment on this. The customer service has responded that it was a tradition for 12 years of "hiding" the family members and friends of the farm on the packaging, just the way the game "Where's Waldo" .
Another example of the same strange mark is on their jar of grape jam:

haha this is so bizarre, and somewhat creepy but also funny at the same time!

play in traffic.. literally

According to maandagmeubels The best way to win back public space is to use the parking we have as effectively as possible. This project claims to offer the best solution for all citizens; young and old. For kids like to play and to interact during daytime and adults who want to find a parking space to store their car overnight.
I'm not so sure how i feel about this whole concept.. seems a little bit sketchy to me hahaha

Crushed by T.V.

There are lots of reasons why perhaps kids should play outside instead of watching TV; yet many parents keep them inside because they are afraid they might get hurt. Perhaps they would reconsider if they knew that 14,700 children are injured at home every year by falling TVs.

Monday

in case you wanted to know..

... how to make it look like you're having an affair: Traces of an Imaginary Affair« is a kit containing a set of nine tools which can be used to create an imaginary affair. These tools leave marks on the body, such as bite marks, carpet burns, bondage marks, love bites, scratches and bruises. In addition, probes of perfume, lipstick and hair can be applied to either the body or clothes. The project broaches the issue of intentionally instigated jealousy in relationships, which often serves to bolster self-esteem or to test the strength of partnerships. It was inspired by stories of people who used fake evidence of victimisation or illnesses to receive attention from others.
